This early 19th century cherry and poplar dressing box was found in Lancaster County, Pennsylvania. The box is in a very old, if not original, surface and retains the original brass hinges, inlaid keyhole escutcheon, and feet. The interior dividers were replaced using the existing witness marks and the lock is missing.  W: 11", D: 14.4", H: 5".
